I kept waiting for the “perfect moment,” the perfect mindset, the perfect day… but it never came. The day everything changed was the day I finally said yes to myself – yes to feeling better, yes to being supported, yes to not doing it alone. Slimming World didn’t just help me lose weight; it helped me rebuild trust in myself, one small yes at a time.
