Hi, I' m Lorraine and my story with Slimming World began over 30 years ago, when I first walked through the doors as a member looking for support, guidance. What I found was far more than a weight‑loss plan but a community that changed my life. Over time I went on to lose more than 3½ stone, I am so proud of that. But what means even more to me is that I have kept that weight off, year after year. Success is not just down to the Food Optimising plan, but the power of group support, the encouragement, the accountability, the laughter, and the feeling of belonging that Slimming World brings. As my confidence grew, so did my desire to give something back. I knew I wanted to help others feel the same so became a Consultant and love my job.
