I joined Slimming World and was blown away with the help and support from the Consultant and Group. Meeting people who understood what I was going through was life changing! My Group is an amazing inspirational place to be. Helping members achieve their dream weight is the best feeling in the world. I stayed to group every week and loved the freedom of Food Optimising. Nothing was off limits, there were unlimited Free Foods that I could fill up on and so much choice! I was so inspired, I decided to become a Consultant to help members feel as good as I do now. Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
