I’ve lost over 3½st with Slimming World and it’s changed my life. It’s been amazing! My health has improved, I've built activity into my life while working on breaking the habits so I lose weight for life. I love food and so do the family and I’m now the mam – and also now a nana of two gorgeous grandsons and a granddaughter – that I’ve always wanted to be. I can keep up and run around with them and walk for miles with a pram. I’ve been a Consultant for 25 years and run six sessions a week. It's job satisfaction like no other, seeing people changing their lives every week and I want every single person who’s ever felt unhappy about their weight to become the person they’ve always dreamt of being.
