I joined Slimming World back in January 2015. I felt so nervous before I walked through those doors, but I was welcomed with warmth and smiles from my Consultant and the other members. I fell in love with Food Optimising (itʼs so amazing that I can enjoy a chicken tikka masala at the weekend without any guilt!) and went on to lose 4st, learning how to cook along the way. My award-winning Maesglas groups are friendly and welcoming, and you can expect loads of food ideas and recipe sharing. We really enjoy meeting up every week, and thereʼs ongoing support for everyone throughout their weight loss journeys. I look forward to seeing you there, Kirsty x
