Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Kay
I joined Slimming World 12 years ago, because I needed to feel better about myself and improve my health. I had no idea Food Optimising would be so easy to follow. Itʼs just good, wholesome, family-friendly food. I run three groups and they're full of friendly members who areall eager to help and support each other, share recipes, tips and ideas. Weʼve also had some great success stories, with members reaching their target weights by losing up to 8½st. One of our members was even the winner of the District Woman of the Year Finals! The plan works for everyone, so come along and Iʼll tell you all about it. Along with the rest of the group, Iʼll support and motivate you all the way to your dream weight. I canʼt wait to meet you!
