I discovered Slimming World in 2009 and since then my life has changed so much! I've gone from a size 22/24 to a 12/14, losing 5 stone in 11 months - and never going hungry. I managed to get my whole family eating healthy meals together and found myself a great new career too. I now want to spread the word that Food Optimising is amazing and help others to achieve their weight loss dreams. My groups are fantastic, full of members of all ages - from our Free to Go members aged 11 to 15, right up to some wonderful ladies who are great grandmas! We have men attend our classes too, so come on gentlemen, don’t be shy! No matter who you are, you will be made to feel welcome at whichever group you attend and we cannot wait to meet you xx
