I joined Slimming World in January 2002 and I’ve never looked back! Food Optimising is the only plan I've ever found (and I've tried them all) that means I’m never hungry. The plan is so versatile and there are tonnes of Free Foods you can enjoy in unlimited amounts - pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meats and fish, not forgetting fresh fruit and veg! If you're not a cook or a busy person the meals can be quick, satisfying and filling too. The two groups I run lost 450 stones last year which is why it’s got to be worth a visit to find out more.
