Hi, my name is Rachael and I’ve lost over 5-and-a-half-stone with Slimming World. I know what it feels like to be overweight and face what feels like a huge journey ahead. I also know that taking that journey meal by meal, day by day, week by week, pound by pound is the way to build long term success. Slimming World supports every individual member in their own personal journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
