Hello! I joined Slimming World and used to feel shy and scared about sitting in group, however I never quite got the results I wanted - I began to stay and saw a shift in my mindset, I felt more motivated and made new friends within the group - ones I never knew I needed! And after losing 3 stone 6lbs, I wanted to help others too, so I applied to become a Consultant, my first group opened in 2019, and I now run 3 award winning groups, in Macclesfield! Its the best thing I ever did - walking through the doors of that first group was hard, however losing the weight wasn't, I hope you'll take a brave step soon and come to make friends and lose weight you never dreamed could be lost!
