14 years ago I joined Slimming World. As a new mum, I wanted to be a role model for my daughter. I didn't want her to have the same struggles as me with food (that I'd had all my life). I understand the highs and sometimes lows. But most importantly with no judgment. Just support and motivation Now, I want to continue helping as many people as possible to change their lives too. This year Gillian lost 4 1/2 in 10 months, achieving her target, and Margaret lost 3st and 10Ibs in 8 months - just a couple of the inspirational members in my group.
