I joined Slimming World after seeing a photo of myself I didn’t recognise. Weight gain from an underactive thyroid and menopause left me feeling unhappy and unhealthy. Slimming World gave me a simple, flexible way to enjoy food and feel in control again. It changed my life, and that’s why I became a Consultant. My group is a warm, friendly, supportive community where everyone feels welcome. We share worries, celebrate wins, and face every challenge together with kindness, encouragement, and real understanding.
