I joined Slimming World in 2011, as I wanted to find a plan that gave me control of my eating habits – without feeling like I was following a strict unachievable 'quick fix' diet. Finding Slimming World has totally transformed my approach to food. I have never eaten so much, or as often and never feel hungry. There is so much choice and variety to my diet now and I finally feel as if I have found a balance to my eating habits that has given me the control and confidence to achieve. We do not judge and there is never any humiliation - everyone's story is different - but together we are on the same journey; to achieve your dream weight.
