I joined Slimming World after pregnancy. I was so nervous walking through the doors into a group for the first time but I honestly never needed to worry. I instantly started to change the way I was eating and what I was eating and the weight soon dropped off. I have since lost 6st 7lbs! You can achieve your dream target weight too and in group you'll be supported every week to make the changes, find new recipes, and work out how to live your life while still being able to eat and drink amazing meals. Our family favourite meals are spag bol, Sunday roast, chilli, curry and pulled pork. All of these are Free Foods, which are completely unlimited to fill any sized appetite! Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
