I'm an award-winning Consultanthaving achieved both the prestigious Gold and Diamond awards for my groups, and I’m here to help you achieve your dream weight. 💕 I've lost 5 stone myself following the Slimming World Food Optimising plan, so I absolutely understand what it’s like to be unhappy and want to lose weight. I'd love to welcome you to my super supportive, non-judgemental groups at Riccall (Tuesdays), Drax (Wednesdays) or Selby (Saturdays). See you soon Val x
