Joy at Thirsk & Sowerby Town Hall

I originally joined Slimming World to lose weight and to be healthier as I got older but what did I find? Food! Lots of delicious Free food, and better still, lots of new friends. Food Optimising has shown me how I can eat as much as I want and still lose weight. My local Slimming World weekly group meeting supported me and showed me the way, whilst Body Magic has renewed my love of sport and in particular cycling. Losing weight is the best thing I ever did.
