I have been a Consultant for 22 years and run a very successful award winning Slimming World group at Bromsgrove Rugby Club every Tuesday at 3.30pm, 5pm and 6.30pm. Each week in IMAGE Therapy my members help and support each other to Food Optimise their meals at home and give ideas and tips for eating out and social occasions. Your weight is never made public and we offer you complete confidentiality with no humiliation. You are promised care and support to help you achieve your dream weight and you choose your own targets and your own time frame to achieve them.
