Hi, I’m Maz! I joined Slimming World because I wanted a way of losing weight that worked in real life without guilt, restriction or feeling deprived. Food Optimising has helped me enjoy family meals, social occasions and everyday life while building healthier habits and a happier relationship with food. Becoming a Consultant felt like the natural next step because I know how life-changing support, encouragement and kindness can be.
