Hey you, I remember how you feel right now! Ready to start my weight loss journey but not knowing whare to go? You've got this...keep believing you can and you will. This step you're taking can truly be the best step you ever take - and hopefully you never look back. My name's Kerry, I joined Slimming World in 2016 and I've never looked back. I love food and I still wanted to be able to eat.. this plan is THE best weight-loss plan ever! Gorgeous food that fills you up and slims you down. You will be welcomed in any of my groups with warmth, care and understanding, because everyone in group knows how you feel right now, all you have to do is believe in yourself.
