I joined Slimming World 23 years ago as a member after trying all other diets after the birth of my last daughter and have never looked back. I was a bit nervous about joining the group but I needn't have worried - everyone was friendly and the plan was so easy to follow and I couldn't believe the amount of Free Foods I could eat and fill up on and never feel hungry again. I can't believe the difference it made to myself and my family - we all found a healthy way of eating which is so important. 21 years ago I became a Consultant and now run 3 groups in Andover .
