When I joined Slimming World and was shown the eating plan I was so relieved, finally a plan where I could eat normal foods, and plenty of them! I went on to lose 2 stones and during that time gained confidence, a new wardrobe and most importantly, got my blood pressure under control. With a morning session and two evening sessions everybody is catered for at my groups, including members who work shifts so it really helps to keep your weight loss on track!
