With a busy working life of long, unsocial working hours, fast food and takeaways became my staple meals - meaning that I soon gained weight! Driven by low self-esteem and lack of confidence, I struggled to socialise, spending time hiding away at home instead. But it wasn’t until the extra weight began to cause health complications, like sciatica, that I decided needed to take action, and turned to my local group. Thoroughly inspired by my introduction to the Food Optimising plan, I set off on my journey, which would see me shed 3st 3lbs. Staying to group meant that I made some firm friends who were always ready to provide support, hints and tips. The next natural step was to become a Consultant and help others achieve their dreams!
