The great thing about Food Optimising is that you can feel confident in every situation and it’s so liberating to be able to continue to enjoy social occasions and still lose weight. You soon learn that there are so many every day foods that you can enjoy. My motto in group is living and losing. It’s so important that we are able to live our lives normally whilst losing weight. You are sure to receive the warmest of welcomes in any of my groups, surrounded by so many inspiring members that have already achieved their dreams and together, we will help you towards achieving yours. Having lost 4st with Slimming World, I am absolutely passionate about healthy eating and since achieving my weight loss target in December 2017.
