I am Christopher from the men-only group in Merthyr Tydfil. I joined Slimming World and lost 10 stones by Food Optimising. I have run my group for one year and the members have lost 2,486 lbs. It's the only mens group in Wales - it's hard for men to go to a group but I will have a warm welcome for you when you visit our group.
