Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Amanda
I'd love you to join me and my fabulous members. I became a Consultant over 15 years ago after I lost over 3 stone. I learnt how to eat healthily and make smart swaps with no need to be hungry. As I had just been made redundant what a great opportunity to put all I had learnt into a new role and help others achieve their weight loss goals too. With a big family, busy social life and my other role as a fitness coach, Slimming World gave me that weekly support starting with IMAGE Therapy after my weigh in and then bags of ongoing support with their fabulous website, app and podcasts. Everyone welcome - we are waiting for you!
