As an emotional eater, I always struggled with my weight. If I was feeling low or angry, sad or happy, I would eat and over-eat. It was a vicious cycle of bad food choices and an emotional tie to food. Since joining Slimming World, I have lost pounds and still successfully maintain a healthy target weight. I love Food Optimising and the way that it’s changed my attitude towards food. I can still eat food that I love – curries, pasta, big breakfasts and even chocolate – but I’m making healthier choices and am in control of what I eat and drink. That understanding is reflected in my groups... No humiliation, no guilt, just bucket loads of support from a friendly group who look forward to meeting you. Can't wait to see you there!
