I joined Slimming World 27 years ago and it changed my life - I became friends with food and started to enjoy all of the fabulous Free Foods on offer. I have a very big appetite so I couldn't believe how much I could eat and still lose weight, and my family can enjoy the meals, too. Before joining Slimming World I did little to no exercise. I now enjoy hillwalking and climbing mountains! Our Gold Award-achieving group at Rode Heath is fun, friendly and supportive - with fabulous weight losses. Everyone is there for each other.
