My journey with Slimming World started in January 2024, I was overweight and in a lot of pain with arthritis. I used a walking stick and when pain was severe a mobility scooter to walk my dog. After a really bad episode of pain I decided I had to do something about my weight. I joined Slimming World and loved it! I was never hungry, the support in group was brilliant and I lost 3.5st. My weight has stayed off and I still go to group. I decided I wanted to help others and became a Consultant, which I love. If you come to my group you will find it friendly, buzzing with motivation, lots of food talk, shared recipes, support, advice and we love to celebrate weight losses. I hope to see you soon.
