I joined Slimming World (again) after seeing a photo of myself on my 40th birthday. I decided I didn’t want to be fat at 40, so I took the brave step through the doors of my local Slimming World. After losing 4 stones I am the healthiest and lightest I’ve been since the age of 18. Who knew I’d have the energy to take up dancing, walking? I love helping others achieve their weight loss dreams too. The group is a lively and buzzing place filled with support, friendships and giggles along the way. Many members have seen their lives improve in such a short space of time and we want to help you too - come along to find out more about how you can lose weight and feel great, without ever going hungry or feeling deprived.
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
