Your first session explained

Step 1

As soon as you walk through the doors of any Slimming World group, you’ll get a warm welcome from your Consultant and fellow members. Before you commit to joining, your Consultant will tell you all about Slimming World and how our Food Optimising plan works.

Step 2

You’ll then be invited to join the other members and enjoy our support session where our members share ideas, recipes and their inspirational stories.

Step 3

Along with other new members you’ll be invited to enrol and get weighed. Your weight always remains private and confidential.

Your first group session will last around 1½ hours

And best of all there's no obligation to join
