In August 2016 I walked through the doors to my first ever Slimming World group shy, alone, afraid and friendless. I’d tried so many crazy things over the years to lose weight. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and realised I was in a group of supportive, friendly and caring people, who were going through the same journey as me. As weeks passed, I made friends who I knew would be with me forever. After losing more than 3 stones and reaching my target I’ve become a Consultant – to help others achieve their weight-loss dreams. I truly love being a Consultant and supporting people to achieve their dreams.
