Food Optimising is a healthy eating plan for life, it really doesn't feel like you're on a diet. It's so generous and flexible that it's great for the whole family. It’s so easy to follow that you can eat all day without weighing and measuring your foods As a new member I couldn't believe what I was hearing and I didn't believe it would work. Sure enough however it did and having lost 4 stone it’s now a lifestyle that I wouldn't change. Food Optimising has had life-changing effects for me and my family. Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
