I opened my first group June 2006 after losing 2st 7lbs. Joining Slimming World changed my entire outlook on food on how I eat. I quickly realised I could still enjoy all my favourite foods and still lose weight – foods like potatoes cabbage and bacon, curries and pasta dishes. I know it can be daunting taking that first step through the door. Whether you’ve been a member before or joining for the first time make this your time now. I’ll meet you and take you through our plan and make sure you understand everything about our plan while enjoying a refreshing cup of tea/coffee.
