Judith at Ballymena Methodist Church

I joined Slimming World when I was at my heaviest weight because I needed have an operation. I used to have a big appetite and I still do, but now I eat the right foods and because of Food Optimising I have lost just over 12 stones! My group is warm, friendly and very welcoming because we are all there for the same reason, to lose weight and feel great! We have lots of fun in group, not forgetting the amazing support from everyone! In total, my groups have lost an amazing 740 stones this year!
