I joined Slimming World to get into a healthy way of life and to feel better within myself. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and it was very important that I got into healthier habits. It was a very big step to walk into my local Slimming World group, but it was the best ever step for me, my health and my future. Joining our Slimming World group will give you the best help and support to change those lifelong habits that affect our health, weight and lifestyle. We have lots of fabulous inspiring and helpful members, and together we can help each other to achieve our dream weights and stay there forever. xx
