Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Gemma
Hi, I’m Gemma. I've been a Slimming World Consultant since 2009. I run six sessions in Leam Lane and I just love helping members achieve their weight loss goals. My groups are award-winning, and I pride myself on helping members achieve their dream weight. I've lost 5½st myself, going from a size 16-18 to a comfortable size 8-10. I absolutely love food and cooking and have a passion for activity now (which I never thought I’d say!). Losing weight is more than just changing what you eat, it’s also about mindset, behaviour change, support and commitment – and that’s what you'll get from me and my groups. I am mam to three older children and our Cavapoo, Blu, and I’m a happily married wife too. I can't wait to welcome you to group.
