Hi I’m Lis and I joined Slimming World as a member back in 2003 after a defining moment laying on my back on the bed trying to do my jeans up! I enjoyed an active social life whilst being a group member and enjoyed chips and jacket potatoes mmm 😋. I’m not a massive meat eater but a Sunday dinner Slimming World style is my absolute fav! I became a Slimming World Consultant in 2005 (a loooooong time ago 🤣) and I love having a small hand in helping people make a difference to their health and life by losing weight and seeing their confidence and smile grow! My groups have members from all walks of life and all age ranges and I take pride in the community and friendships they have built in our groups whilst losing weight ❤️.
