Wednesdays are my very favourite day of the week as I get to spend it with the men and ladies who attend Mildenhall Slimming World groups. There are five sessions on offer and lots of choice to work around the busiest of schedules. A warm welcome awaits in all sessions. When I joined Slimming World as a member early in 1995 never did I think I’d have the honour of being the Consultant for the Mildenhall groups. I fell in love with the family-friendly, generous and easy to follow plans combined with expert help around the psychology of slimming - then it became a natural progression. My goal when I started this wonderful role was to just help one person find their smile again and am thrilled to say I get to do that every week x
