I joined Slimming World after a complicated first pregnancy to lose weight before having a second child. My Slimming World baby is now a teenager & I am still there, having gone from a size 22 to a size 14! I love being a Consultant & find it a privilege to be able to help members with their weight loss journey. My groups are caring & supportive whilst being inspiring & motivational. I understand the ups & downs of a weight loss journey but equally, I know that Food Optimising with Slimming World really works & that it can give you the tools to keep that weight off long term.
