I joined Slimming World in 2008 when life felt overwhelming. With three young children under six and struggling with postnatal depression, I needed something positive just for me. Slimming World gave me focus, control, and a way to enjoy healthy, delicious food with my family. I regained my energy, confidence, and love for life. Inspired by my journey, I became a Consultant in 2011. I absolutely love helping others make positive, lasting changes and celebrating every milestone in our warm, welcoming, and truly judgment-free group. Together, we share laughter, support, and success every single week — it’s more than a group, it’s a family.
