I joined Slimming World 23 years ago as a member after trying other diets and have never looked back. I was a bit nervous about joining but I needn't have worried – everyone was friendly and I quickly discovered how easy the Food Optimising plan was to follow. I couldn't believe the amount of Free Foods I could eat and and still lose weight. The different it made to me and my family was incredible. We found a healthy way of eating which is so important. I became a Slimming World Consultant 21 years ago and now run 3 groups in Andover.
