Iʼve been a Consultant for many years now, but I remember when I first joined a Slimming World group, I was amazed at how much you could eat in a day. You wonʼt find the word ‘noʼ anywhere in this great healthy eating plan and Iʼm sure, like many before you, you may want to prove us wrong! So be my guest – come along to Burry Port, Fridays at 9:30am, or Clydach, Wednesdays at 5pm. In group youʼll be supported, encouraged and cared for through the good (and not so good) times. The Slimming World family is here for you, come rain, shine or snow!
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
