I joined Slimming World because I was still overweight 10 years after having my daughter, and the excuse of having a baby just wasn’t holding up anymore. I just love all of the food and Slimming World’s vast amount of Free Foods really appealed to me. The Slimming World eating plan is so generous that you would never think you are on a diet! The tips you learn throughout the journey are the ones you’ll remember for life. My group is very warm and friendly and I have helped lots of people lose weight for nearly 20 years; from the younger generations to the 80 year old lady who lost 1 stone and 7lbs with me.
