Hi, I’m Phil and I started my Slimming World adventure by helping out on my sister-in-law’s social team in July 2021. I then joined her group in January 2022, and had reached target by May, having lost 3½st in just five months. After reaching target, I trained to become a Consultant myself and now I love helping other Slimming World members on their journeys and helping them reach their goals through Food Optimising, Slimming World’s generous, flexible and easy-to-follow eating plan.
