Hi, I’m Kathie. I first joined Slimming World in 2010 and fell in love with Food Optimising so much I became a Consultant in 2015! I just love the delicious recipes, the fact I'm never hungry, I don't ever feel left out at social situations and that I've embraced a healthier lifestyle – I've never felt happier! Knowing how life‑changing this journey can be is exactly why I do what I do. I understand how tough and lonely weight struggles can feel — but you never have to face them alone.
