My aim is to inspire others to free themselves of the constant cycle of dieting and embrace a healthy lifestyle through my support network. Members benefit from feeling good about themselves and incorporating healthy eating into their lifestyle. Having lost 5 stone with Slimming World myself, been a Consultant for 14 years and maintaining my target for nearly 15 years, I know the struggles that people go through on a daily basis. I believe that many of the issues we face around eating and weight loss are emotional and I work very much with people on mindset and change plans, until it becomes an easy way of life.
