Our groups are full of supportive people waiting to inspire and be inspired. I thought Group wasn't for me, but with Food Optimising and IMAGE Therapy, it was the best move I've ever made. I loved the plan so much I became a Consultant. I look forward to helping you in one of our gorgeous friendly groups. I joined Slimming World after trying everything else out to help me lose weight. Everything else had failed why would this work? If only I'd joined years ago! I know how difficult it can be and how we get when we're in that place, that we'll try anything. Food Optimising changed my life. I know that sounds really clichéd but it really did! There's no food that is banned - just real food, real living, getting very real results.
