Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Karen
I began my Slimming World journey in May 2015. I lost 5.5 stones to reach my target weight and have now become a consultant! When I first joined my confidence was at an all-time low and I wasn't sure which way to turn. I couldn't be happier that I turned to Slimming World. Food Optimising has changed my life. I can still enjoy all the same meals I did before, such as lasagne, chilli con carne, Sunday roast and curry; but simply prepare them in a much healthier way. This means that my family and I are eating healthier, more filling food but also not depriving ourselves of a few treats! I can’t wait to welcome you on your weight loss journey.
