Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Kate
I joined Slimming World to help me lose my post-pregnancy weight and I can't tell you what a difference it has made to my life - I am now the weight I was in my teens! I have maintained that weight loss for over 21 years because Food Optimising is a way of eating for life. I have the most rewarding job I could imagine. I have a two children aged 23 and 21. I run 7 sessions in Bideford and 3 in Launceston and I am so proud of the amazing weight losses my members achieve every week. Come along to our warm and friendly group to find out more, I would love to meet you and help you achieve your dream weight too - opening up a whole world of opportunity for you.
