Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Jon
Support is the most important thing - I couldn’t have lost 6 stones without the weekly help, encouragement and understanding of my own Consultant and Group. My own personal motivation for joining Slimming World was twofold; 2017 was my worst year for health I was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis (policeman’s heel) and I had an accident and damaged my knee which lead to a gout condition; sadly in October 2017 my cousin died suddenly of a massive heart attack. He was in his early 50's and overweight, and as I was nearing his age and overweight, these two major factors were my motivation to join Slimming World. My wife was already a Member so I went along to Group with her to support me.
